Its that time of year when I sit back and look at the year gone and think about the years coming. Its almost my birthday. In our family we are always talking about our goals and our progress but at the New Year and your birthday we always bring a large focus to think about How our year went, what do we need to to do to Improve, How can we become better. I love this, I love having a family who support each other but most importantly tell it straight. My Mum is my ultimate coach, and always will be, she doesn't need to sugar coat anything because she knows I love her and visa versa, the benefit of this is real feedback. So many people don't have a person in their life who gives it to them as it is, If its awesome you need to hear that but if its not you need to know whats missing.
I love my family so much and am so grateful that braaap is a family business and I get to work with the people I love, doing something I love.
