It's an honour to be on the advisory board for the "Reserve Bank of Australia" representing small business in Australia.
Small Business drives our economy, with over 2 million small business owners in Australia I believe the great Australian dream is shifting from owning your own home to also owning your own business.
The thing that blows my mind is that small business owners are responsible for a significant amount of employment in Australia, As a small business owner your responsible not only for your families income but the income of all your staff.
To drive a car on our roads you need to do 100 hours as a learner with someone sitting next to you teaching you what they know, pointing out things for your to either do or avoid, you learn their strategies and ideas on how to be a good, safe driver. Yet as a small business owner 100 bucks and a business name will get you started, you need no teacher, no training, nothing.

Where do you learn how to improve your small business?
I type as if I'm talking only to the business owner, I'm not. I believe the leadership team is as responsible as the business owner.
The Leaders with in a business have as much if not more opportunity than the person who's name is written on the company registration file.
