Grow

Its that time of year when I sit back and look at the year gone and think about the years coming. Its almost my birthday.  In our family we are always talking about our goals and our progress but at the New Year and your birthday we always bring a large focus to think about How our year went, what do we need to to do to Improve, How can we become better. I love this, I love having a family who support each other but most importantly tell it straight. My Mum is my ultimate coach, and always will be, she doesn't need to sugar coat anything because she knows I love her and visa versa, the benefit of this is real feedback. So many people don't have a person in their life who gives it to them as it is, If its awesome you need to hear that but if its not you need to know whats missing.

I love my family so much and am so grateful that braaap is a family business and I get to work with the people I love, doing something I love.

Check out this speech where I share a few thoughts on GROWTH.

shhhhhhhh - The Future is here

"Innovation and Marketing drive Growth".
If you break business down into its simplest drivers Innovation and Marketing are the two leaders of growth, with out them nothing else matters, If your not innovating and marketing your not growing.

Yes there are many many other factors that go into growing a business; from passionate and happy staff to keeping your fingers on the financial pulse but all that is impossible without Innovation and Marketing. If you don't have marketing, you don't need a sale team - no one will know about you, there is no point building the best motorcycle in the world if no one hear's about it.
My idea of innovation is Constant and Never Ending Improvement to every element of your business and yes that includes you! it's staff, it's leader!
The greatest choke-hold on any organisation is the physiology and psychology of its leadership team.

At braaap Innovation and Marketing are in constant review, maybe we don't always use these labels, but as a growth company your always innovating, your in a constant state of change, Innovation is the sexy name for proactive change. As a growth company your consistently fine tuning, improving, testing, measuring and implementing new marketing activities to have your stories heard.

One of the most exciting innovations here at braaap is the Launch of the braaap silent.
We are super proud to be one of the, if not the first petrol based motorcycle manufacture to launch an electric powered bike off the production line.

This is an innovation to our product mix that lines up beautifully with our position as a brand and inline with our mission to make Motorcycling more accessible and more fun.
Silence is the ultimate in accessibility

We have a world class product! Now to see how well we can market this thing to the world!

See Below some PR and my story to our staff about why Electric / Silent Dirt biking excites me!

Whats your latest innovation? and more importantly How do you Plan to market it?

PR:

"The braaap Silent is the brain child of braaap motorcycle's Brad Smith and Catavolt's Jon Eggenhuizen
Smith Said " its our mission to make motorcycling more fun and more accessible, Silence is the ultimate in accessibility, think about it, "where would you ride if noise was not a restriction?"

The braaap 88cc 4 stroke is a "Superlite" bike made for adults, its the Ultimate Fun bike and braaaps #1 selling bike in Australia and the USA. The "braaap Silent" runs identical componentry as the 4 stroke model the revolution is the Catavolt Electric Power Plant.

Set to tear up backyards across the country this May, The braaap Silent will launch right after its USA Debut at the World Electric Supercross title in Vegas on May 5th.

"We are super excited to be racing at the biggest race in the world for our sport, our whole mission is to build a bike that is affordable yet competitive, last year we beat the $10,000 custom built bikes to a title in the petrol powered class, and we were on a $4000 bike. Our aim is to do the same this year in the electric class, put our $3990 bike up against the $11,000 bikes and show the world that the braaap silent is a world class product"

The all new braaap Silent, is powered by a 48v Catavolt Powerplant, with 100nm of torque this 55Kg machine is the ultimate way to tear up your backyard with out the neighbours hearing a thing. "

Brad's Chat with the braaap Staff.

Hey Guys

Great News.

We just launched the Pre order webpage for the braaap Electric Bike. THE braaap SILENT!

They will be ready to sell/collect end of March (maybe early april)

At the moment people can pay $500 to secure their bike.

We only have 20 left.

These things are awesome !!! I've been smashing the BMX track on mine

Same power as an 88cc 4 stroke braaap (10HP ish)
but dead quiet!

Think about it, where would you ride if noise wasnt a restriction????

I'll have Demo Bikes down to give Y'all a spin as soon as we can, Jamie, Jordan, Lisa, Pauly, Kayne and Brando at braaap frankston have also been tearing up our car park and local BMX track on the Silent. Give them a buzz and ask them about it! So pumped to give you a spin on one!

In the mean time stay tuned for more video and pic's.

We all need to understand the position of this product and remember we are not trying to replace the petrol powered bike, its our mission to make motorcycling more fun, and more accessible.

A silent bike is the ultimate in accessibility, you can ride anywhere!!! and Holy Shit that is cool!

The backyard track you've been dreaming about, Well now the neighbours wont even know your shredding laps!

I go to the bmx track, or my mates backyard and rip motos! How cool is that for Vegas Training!

The other day i was at the BMX track ripping moto's whilst a game of cricket was on 50m from me, an old lady hanging her washing out right on the back fence of where i was ripping, the groundsmen were going about their work and not a person complained! Meanwhile I'm feeling like Chad Reed blowing berms and smashing the track in dead silence!!! Its UNREAL!

How many times have you not ridden somewhere due to noise?

The ultimate training bike! Pro riders ride pitbikes to fine tune their corner speed, on a braaap you have to maintain corner speed if your going to put down a fast lap , on a 450cc you can blow the corner, loose your line and grab a fist full of throttle to cover up your mistake, you do that on a braaap your lap time is shot, this is why when chad reed won his first AMA title him and Nate Ramsey lived next to each other and each week they would play on their pit bikes, sure they had a stack of fun pit biking but it also to kept their BMX style skills high, made them ride with Momentum increasing corner speed and pumping the jumps to keep the rear wheel on the ground.
David Pingree is an AMA supercross hero, he runs troy lee honda race team, and works for racer x mag now when he was racing pro level and winning AMA titles he raced and still does race pitbikes for fun and for corner speed + intensity, I spoke to him as he raced against me in vegas. He still gets the TLD honda boys out on pitbikes for this exact reason. Actually before Blake Bagget was Pro and killing everyone on the AMA circuit (I mean the year before) he won the mini moto SX in Vegas whilst riding for David Pingree's mini moto team, Corner Speed my friends!

The braaap is so much fun cause you can ride it above your ability, you throw it round like its a BMX on steroids and hold it pinned everywhere. Top Speed is not the thing that pumps adrenaline through your veins, its corner speed! go and hit a corner faster than you think you should, Ride above your ability, Hang it out, Ride on the edge, That will get the veins popping. A superlite bike is the ultimate fun bike, go and hit a BMX styled track on your braaap silent, you'll see!

At braaap all we sell is fun, No one needs our products, All we sell is fun.
Its our job to share stories that inspire people to wanna ride.
Share how much you love riding and Why. What has riding done for you. You'll inspire people to go and Live.

The braaap Silent is Like backyard cricket for thrill seekers!!! everyone can get involved!!! LOL

Enjoy!

DIRB IT UP - The Book

Hey Guys,

Happy New Year!

Its action time for 2013, Time to put rubber on the ground after a January Jam packed with fun, family and friends.

January was spent mostly home (where I grew up) in Tasmania and finished off  in Melbourne.

In the last 8 weeks of 2012 we did a whole year's worth of sales in comparison to the year before. It was a monster end to the year, We spent 8 weeks on the road cold calling dealers right across the country, I mean right across the country, it was Nut's! Man I love cold calling, I'll have to do a Blog on the Cold Calling Adventures later! You will laugh!

So its 2013.

Time to hit the ground Running.

Lots of new projects here, but today I wanted to share with you a little snippet out of the book "DIRB it UP" Do it Real Big. I've been asked to write a book. More info on publishing etc soon but for now have a read, I'd love your thought's and if nothing else take some time to yourself to create your vision for 2013.

Through this book It’s my mission to help you play your game at a higher level.

Einstein said, “Compounding is the most powerful force in the universe”

I’m obsessed with Compounded Growth and how you create consistent  compounded Growth in Your Life and in your organization.

Growth is not something you can go to school and Learn, it’s not a certificate on your wall. Growth has no finish line, it’s a moving target.

Growth is a personal pursuit that every one of us has within us; to be more, do more, and create more.

Growth is a universal force, a need that drives us to go from an infant to an adult, a force that everyone of us has inside of us from birth, a force that drives us to use our gifts and talents.

I’m excited to share my Journey with you. I’ve been asked to share my story and the lessons I’ve learned in taking my vision as a young person in high school and turning it into an award Winning, multi million dollar business.
I don’t say this to impress, I haven’t written this book to impress you, but I’d love to impress upon you the power of GROWTH, The power of lifting yourself and the people around you to new heights

I’m grateful to have grown up in an awesome family where our parents created a growth culture.

My sister and I learned from the beginning that
You earn your way through life.
You have to create your own Value.

Mum parented us with Intent, both my parents came from Government housing and they sure as hell didn’t want to go back.

Each day on the way to school we would listen to the personal development coach, Tony Robbins and of a night we would read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”.

We understood that we attend school to learn to read, write and interact, but Mum made it clear that school wouldn’t teach us how to live an abundant life. These lessons would have to come from Role Model’s, from book’s and from seminars.

We are the most fortunate generations to ever live.
No other time in History has given people access to the speed of and to the amount of information that we have.

No other time in history has allowed us to climb the “Class” Ladder. From Lower Class to Upper Class.
We live on an even playing Field.
We are no longer held back by opportunity.
We are not held back by education or information.
We are not held back by connectivity.

We live in a world where you can you tube the greatest speech’s in time, for free. You can Tweet your greatest idol and you can sell a vision to the world from your home.

We pay $15 to go and watch a Movie that some one has spent 100s of millions producing. A standard weeks wage will buy you a ticket to Fly across the other side of the world.

We live in a world of abundance.

This book is intended to share my journey, the lessons I’ve learned, the challenges growth has thrown at me, the highs and the low’s.

It’s designed to remind you that we are not alone when we chase a dream, when we pursue growth.

The fastest way to get any where in life is to find someone who has done what you want to do, then do what they do. That’s how I have and continue to learn my way through growth. Like growth, learning never ends. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, at the coffee shop, in seminars, reading books, listening to interviews and learning from people who have grown against the odds, people who have survived the growth curve.
This book is my opportunity to pay it forward, to share the Lessons I’ve learned and to help you play your game at a higher level.

Thanks heaps for joining me.

BRAD SMITH: DIRBING IT UP.

BRAD SMITH. 24 years old. Driven. Balanced. Straight talking. A mind for finance. A head for business. A heart for personal development and growth. His gratitude - to his parents - to the teacher who handed him the first book he enjoyed reading - is palpable.

His determination to succeed - from building tiny businesses, trading options on the stock exchange, designing a motorbike and having it manufactured in China, setting up a finance company AFTER the global financial crisis - is a picture of passion, confidence and determination.

Through my inner-city eyes, he looks like someone who's ready to swear his head off, get drunk at a party and possibly even trash a neighbourhood. Instead, this vegan teetotaler is invested in his friends, his fans, his family and his business. He has a passion for "Braaap", the motorcycle company he founded, that is driven in part because of the positive role bikes played in his upbringing, and his vision of people also benefiting from this passion.

Another inspiring friend, Sam Cawthorn, introduced Jason Fox and I to Brad on Tuesday night... The conversation that night, and the trip to Brad's "Think Tank", was a real eye opener.

Brad's "THINK TANK" is above the massive Braaap Frankston showroom. Filled with clothing, motorcycles, mini Brads with caps turned backwards, and a ramp 'out the back' that leads to a jump for tricks and a foam pit that guarantees soft landings.

Brad lives his life as if he's surrounded by foam pits for soft landings. But a few stories he tells indicates that he knows the bitter taste of a mouth full of dust... He's just learned a trick so many of us are yet to master: getting back in the saddle and opening up the throttle.

The "Think Tank" (we were advised we'd be 'bowing to the whiteboard' - a ritual from which we were spared this time) is a room lined with whiteboards ready for anyone to DIRB it up... DIRB (Do It Real Big) is a word that is close to Brad's heart. On this occasion we didn't rely heavily on the Think Tank for our day - we spent most of it in his local cafe where he is treated as if he's the Mayor of Frankston. I suspect that life will see us return to the Think Tank for a session at some point, or at least, we will channel the spirit of the Think Tank in future sessions.

As a teenager, Brad flew to China hoping to find a factory to build his bikes... Problem was, he had no money. He wanted 'vendor financing' - he'd pay a premium because he was putting no money up front. Many said no, but despite the financial limitations of Brad's offer and the obvious cultural and language differences between Guangzhou business owners and a Tasmanian teen, he made it work.

When the bike businss took off, retailers around Australia wanted in. Soon though, Braaap-owned stores popped up, with some retailers miffed that a wholeslaer had turned competitor. No problem... Brad just bought any remaining bikes back for the price that had been paid by the retailers.

Braaap motorbikes are the only bikes in the world with a lifetime warranty. To get that warranty though, you MUST register with the company. Meaning Braaap have a direct and - in the main - ongoing relationship with every rider.

As part of his sales program, Brad's team teaches free riding lessons to all - he knows those lessons will turn some enthusiasts into owners... Welcoming new people into the Braaap family.

Brad is obsessed with growth - it's how I met him, really. Because Brad is hitting the ground revving as a professional speaker. Apparently occasionally he opens his keynote by arriving on stage on a Braaap bike. "Fire wardens hate me" he grins. It's unorthodox, but that's the guy's charm. He might not look like the picture of success, but where it counts, he puts in the effort and the time. His appetite for growth and personal development has seen him sign up to Anthony Robbins' Platinum Partnership, where he goes skiing with Tony and hangs out with other millionnaire - and no doubt, a few wannabe - entrepreneurs. It's that kind of access and connection that keeps Brad driven and his sights set high.

To arrive at Braaap headquarters - a former Telecom phone exchange - is to see the scale of Brad's daring and shrewdness of his business accumen. "It's a huge place" I note (besides the "Think Tank", the 7 or so other offices upstairs are empty - it's a massive premesis). "Yeah!" Brad enthuses. "I called the real estate agent and literally offered half what they were asking." Apparently the landlord wasn't thrilled, but a smiling Brad explains that having the guts to make a low-ball offer sometimes pays off. He got the building. Written all over Brad's story is one of the fundamental life lessons: "If you don't ask, the answer's always no!".

When the GFC hit, a major finance company pulled out of the market, threatening Brad's business... Many Braaap motorcycles are bought on finance. So Brad considered his options, and decided that when the going gets tough, the tough set up a bank. Brad now has his own finance business, specialising in lending to customers who his larger competitors are too antiquated to serve. "They want 2 years straight with one employer, 2 years fixed address and a landline phone number. That's just not how our generation live! So I moved in". Brad's finance company is represented on Facebook by a fictitious character named "Ken Ride". If a customer wants finance, they add Ken as a friend so their relationships can be noted and Brad's bank have people to contact if the customer goes AWOL.  There is not an obstacle Brad is not prepared to jump.

So, at 24, he's the founder of a motorcycle business, a champion rider, a sponsor of other riders, an importer, wholesaler and retailer. He's got a tribe of riders who he supports as both a passionate leader and advocate. He's got a finance business and take the time to develop himself as an entrepreneur and human being.

He's now hitting the world of speaking, and given the amount of inspiration I've taken from him in the first 24 hours, I know he's going to make a big difference in the lives of many. I'm really looking forward to hanging out with him again and hopefully sharing the platform plenty of times ove the coming years.

Here are the key lessons that I've learned from chatting with Brad over the past day:
-DIRB IT UP - Do It Real Big! It takes 100% investment to run a massive operation, just as it does to run a modest one. If you're going to go hard, make it count.
-Be unreasonable - never stop asking for Big Things. If you don't ask, the answer's always no. You never know what's going on in the mind of others.
-Start with your passion - and build a tribe - you will find it an endless source of enthusiasm... And the energy will be contagious.
-The more belief, confidence and vision you have, the more you have to share, inspire and ignite in others. Brad knew that "if he built it, they would come" - but he took the time to do the numbers and prove to others that this was a vision worth buying into.
-Invest in yourself - It's obvious Brad has invested much of his time in reading books - personal development, business, biographies (which he describes as, "a life's worth of wisdom - absorbed in three days!"). He's not afraid to fly to a conference or a meeting of minds anywhere in the world if he believes it will keep his inspiration tank full.
-It's not the years in your life - it's the life in your years. What he's achieved at 24 is impressive because the vices that slow so many down have not been a trap for Brad.
-Build the systems that allow a business to exist without you. As we sat in a Frankston cafe, 100m away his team were meeting for their regular GAS session - a meeting that ensures the business is on track to hit its targets. "Shouldn't you be at the meeting?" I asked... "No - they know what they're doing. If it relied on me, it wouldn't be a business."
-"Are you anxious that your success as a speaker will take your focus of the business?" I asked. "Not at all" he smiled. There are so many moving parts - I can't be across it all anyway... Sometimes you've just got to back your team and know that you've built a business with processes that work.

Brad Speaking in Adelaide at the national MFAA conference

Hey Guys!
There has been lots happening in the world of braaap and Brad at the moment... It's crazy and exciting!
Thanks for logging on to keep up to date.

I've been doing a lot of speaking at different events around the place and this week I was in Adelaide at the national MFAA conference. They had a world class line up of Australian and International speaker's so i was humbled to be a part of the event.

I got to listen and learn from the speakers I shared the stage with like Olympic Gold Medalist Alisa Camplin and Test cricket captain Michael Clark along with MC Tony Wilson.

My entrance... hahaha Not even a wanker hahaha

If you haven't seen me speak I'm humbled that I get to speak about my journey in turning my passion into a pathway, but really the whole presentation is about growth.

I am obsessed with consistent and compounded growth,
Einstein said - " Compounded improvement is the most powerful force in the universe"

We know the power of compounding in the form of numbers.
Eg. If we go to the golf course and you bet me 10cents a hole. I say "Ok, But double it every hole". If I win all 18 holes your on the hook for over $13,000. Starting from only 10cents!
We know the power of compounding in the form of numbers, but how do we implement compounded growth into our lives?
What happens when you mix PASSION with DIRECTION?  and how do you?

Passion doesn't come from what you do, it comes from how you do it. It's the standard you hold yourself to. It comes from stretching your comfort zone and continually increasing the standard you hold your self to. That's how you grow and progress. Passion IS progress.

I'm not passionate about most of the day to day shit I do but "Passion is not in what you do, it's how you do it."

I share stories on lessons and the strategies I used to influence my direction.
Role models, peer group (proximity is power), goals and finally I finish on the topic "Throw out your excuse book"

I just wanted to post and say thanks for keeping up to date, short and sweet.

Stay in touch on Facebook, twitter, instagram - yes I'm a social media addict!

braaaaaap it up!

Its Official, braaap set to take on the USA with NASCAR star Marcos Ambrose

Its been a huge month here at braaap and I've just arrived back from a trip to the USA, where I spent time with Australian V8 Supercar Champion and NASCAR star Marcos Ambrose.

Marcos is a Local boy from Launceston and has made it big time racing cars, NASCAR has the largest fan base for any motorsport on the Planet. Marcos now lives in Charlotte -the heart of Nascar.

It was awesome to go and spend time in Charlotte, I got a look through some NAscar workshops and we checked out the local Moto Scene.
We went to a local arenacross, 480 riders! the sport is Huge in the US!

So you ask what is our plans for braaap USA????

The grand Vision is to roll out franchised stores across the USA as we are doing in Australia, to build the sport of superlite and to develop the racing and riding community of the superlite industry.

Stage 1 of our roll out is very focused on becoming the number 1 superlite team, we have a truck and 40ft trailer all wrapped in braaap colours, we are developing great contingency programs for the race events and are speaking to some of the best riders on the planet to build a race winning team, Marcos is a racer at heart and his words to me were "we need to win Vegas" "Give me a list of riders who could win" "lets build the number 1 team"

We have a great operational team in the USA, every one has motorsport backgrounds and is so pumped to be braaapn it up.

We will be very focused on event based retail and marketing and Online for the first 6 months.
We have a huge amount of spares parts to make sure we an offer the best service in the moto industry, and can back up every bike we sell.

We will sign up only a select amount of dealers, although Ive had enquiries from many dealers already we cant just have any one, we dont just want to sell bikes, our mission is to develop the sport of superlite riding and racing.

So its all go!

Check out braaap TV from the braaap USA HQ with Marcos Ambrose and myself.

The Holy Land

Todays Blog is coming to you from the Holy land. Jerusalem.
Im here with Tony Robbins and about 50 of the Anthony Robbins platinum partners.

The Platinum Partnership has been a dream of mine to join since Mum started playing Tony Robbins CDs to us kids when we were in Primary School.

The Plats are a group of people who are all kicking ass. Its not an easy group to join, there are only 100 members every year across the Globe.

The Mission statement for Plats is "Planet is our playground, Love is our legacy"

The Platinum Partnership directly supports the Anthony Robbins Foundation which feeds more than three million people in 56 countries every year and has supported some amazing programs. Here in Israel we supported a soccer program in the middle of the most volatile and conflict effected area's, we took bullet proof busses to the soccer field and to visit some youth peace leaders from Jewish, Muslim and Christian back grounds, Tony created a program to take young people from these and many other different religions, extreme people who wanted to kill each other, We got to have dinner with the kids from this program Tony created here 3 years ago and these young people shared their story how they went from literally trying to kill each other to now being best friends and working every day to build peace among all religions and get these conflicted areas focused on Humanity. This was one of the most moving things Ive ever been apart of.

oh yeah and our Bullet proof bus broke down in the middle of hebron!

The reason I joined this group is to be around and learn from the people who are the best on the planet at what they do.
The reason im here is to learn and grow, and to develop the skills to help others grow.

One of the Guys in the group built his company to 12 billion dollars in Value. This group all are over achievers and they hold you to a higher standard. Proximity Is power.

We arrived in Israel and spent 3 days in jerusalem.
We had the leading Professor of Religion come and present to us and take us to all the Locations, the Holy Places for the Jew's, the Muslims, Christians and many other religions that most of us haven't heard of before.

The purpose of our trip is to understand conflict and how conflict holds us back, Conflict holds countries back, Conflict holds religious Groups back, Conflict Holds Companies back but also it holds individuals back, Inner conflict.

The work that Tony was teaching us is that conflict begins when your story of how things should be doesn't line up with how things actually are.
That stress, fear, conflict can only happen when people are focused on either the future or the past, there is no such thing as any of those emotions if you live and focus on the now.

The punch line for this trip is "Change your Story, Change your life"

The brain is seperated into 2. the experiencing self and the remembering self

the experiencing self is existing in the now, it can only hold a memory for 3 seconds, anything after that has to go to your memory, Your brain uses stories as its filing system, So it doesn't matter what your experience is like, what will effect you is the story you attach to that experience.

Tony taught us how to go back to and attach empowering stories to events that are causing inner conflict and use them as power to fuel your fire.

This is a place that moves you.

I'll Check in again soon.

The week that turned into a Month

Hey Guys!

Man Im so sorry its been a long time between blog post's. We have been smashing it on youtube with lots of Video Blog's and braaap TV so make sure you check that out!
www.youtube.com/user/braaaponline

I'm writing this from Israel.

Why the hell is he in israel? so many people have asked. LOL

Well my trip started out with the International Young Entrepreneur of the year awards in Japan as a part of the JCI world congress.
This was an amazing week, an very international week, there was over 10,000 people at the congress from all over the planet.
make sure you check out JCI - Junior Chamber International - awesome group of people with huge Vision.

I was awarded runner Up in the International Young Entrepreneur of the year award, thanks so much to Peter the Australian Main man in JCI and every one at braaap form our staff who do so much and the passionate customers who make what we do worth while.

As most of you know Im a Tony Robbins nut, if you don't know of Robbins work youtube him. Number 1 Peak performance coach on the planet. Im fortunate enough to spend 12 days with him and his army of Platinum Partners here in ISrael and then over to Egypt.

I truly believe that proximity is power and the people you surround your self with are the people who will influence everything you do. Thats the number 1 reason Im here in Israel, We have some massive opportunity at braaap and have had some great success but you know Im not one to look at what we have done, my mission is to build the braaap franchise and retail concept into the number 1 affordable adrenaline sport retailer on the planet, to build braaap into the number one action sports label and of course our greater mission is to educate young people on how to get adrenaline rush's from action sport rather than drugs, crime or violence - the braaap club and community group....
We are about to Launch our all new Online platforms, we have some massive things happening with braaap club, we have just signed a deal to launch into the USA and have bought on angel investors to help accelerate the growth of braaap international into other countries across the planet.

To bring all this into action, to make it happen, we need to learn from the best in the world, especially in retail 2nd best is not good enough. as they say there is no such thing as a secure future all you can do is educate your self and be ready to adapt to change, I think many of us have seen how change is so important especially the last 2 years.

So thats why Im here, to learn, to be around the best people on the planet and to prepare to rocket braaap to the next level.

In between Japan and Israel I had a week spare, I got a call from a mate who is living in Thailand being mentored by some of the best and most successful internet marketers on the planet.

I took them up on the offer to come stay and man was I blow away by some of the things these guys do, I learned stacks, How can you put a value on spending 5 days with the Number 1 seller on the internet at the moment? How can you put a value on having dinner with the guy who has the highest conversion rate on the internet at the moment? and how can you put a Value on the relationship you build with people like this?

I am so excited to be about to launch an affiliation program online for braaap customers.
I want our passionate fans and super fans to have a platform to turn their passion into their profit. the braaap affiliation program is exactly this!

I speak at schools all the time to young people about how they can turn their passion into their pathway, the week before i cam to japan I did 10,000 kids with my great friend Sam Cawthorn, you know while I was travelling around Tasmanian speaking to thousands of kids and in between speaking gigs sitting in a car next to Sam who is one of the mast passionate and futuristic thinkers you will meet, it dawned on me thats exactly what braaap does, we help people turn their passion into their pathway.
weather it be a franchisee (who owns their own braaap store) or if a passionate customer who signs up to become a braaap affiliate our job is to help you turn your passion into your pathway.

So I learned a stack in Thailand, thank you to the guys for sharing their knowledge with me, I cant wait to show you all the braaap affiliate program.

the next part of my trip is to Egypt with Tony Robbins and the crew and then I head to the USA.

I am so pumped to make the trip over to the USA and spend a week or 2 with Marcos Ambrose and his team. We have some masssssive USA plans. We have some massive International Plans.

Ill keep you all posted.!

thanks for reading!

1994

Today I had a drink with a good mate of mine Sam Cawthorn.

Sammy C is the man check www.samcawthorn.com

We always get each other pumped up on, well actually anything but today's conversation was interesting, I thought I'd Share it with you.

We always speak about growing, Weather it be business growth , personal growth or helping others to grow it doesn't matter as long as we are pushing forwards we are pumped.

Today we spoke about the different generations, eg Gen Y , Gen X etc.

Sam had just had a conversation with the Author of FISH , Stephen Lundin.

Stephen was saying there is really only 1 date we need to think about when we talk Generations and marketing to them.

That date is 1994.

People Born Pre 1994 and people born Post 1994.

I was like WTF??? LOL

What the hell happened in 1994?

1994 is the year the internet became main stream.

I'd love to hear your comments How did 1994 change what you do.

LOL maybe I can blame 1994 for my facebook addiction.
